Q: What was one of your favorite qualities of George?
A: We had the pleasure of meeting George thru his daughter Danielle who I played softball with and shared phillies season tickets. Me, my wife Sue and George Sr and Jr were at Roy Halladay playoff no hitter in 2010. George loved the Phillies and I know thru Jr how much he loved the Eagles. I became friends with George Jr too, who came out to push special needs children in races. George Sr. Would come out to cheer his son and everybody involved. He was a loving caring family man. Sue and I are happy we had a couple visits with him at Samaritan when he was next door to our sons room. He was still joking and being himself. Rip George, you will be missed.

George my buddy, I am going to miss you! I am so glad we had the chance to work together at Camden County 9-1-1 and become friends. The job is very stressful but you and the old crew made the 12 hours fly, we laughed non stop! Heaven has one heck of a
9-1-1 Calltaker working for them now!

My sister, brother, and i would always see him after and before church and he would always give us a high five and always say hi to us. He was such a bright soul and he always put a smile on our faces. Rest in Peace you will be missed greatly by the St. Simon Stock Family.❤️

Uncle George,
What can I say when we’ve shared an entire lifetime of memories together. You were my Godfather , my closest uncle…. The man who was always there at all of life’s major milestones. No matter what we were doing or where we were going…. You knew things were going to be more fun if Uncle George was around. I’ve watched you suffer and struggle for too long. You definitely fought the good fight… but you more than anyone deserve some peace and comfort. It’s not fair what your family has had to endure with both you and Aunt Joanie sick at the same time. You had a heart of gold and that’s why it’s so hard to say “ goodbye” now. You will be forever missed….
Love always,
Kevin “ Bruiser”

I met your father and mom in church. Your dad always waved to my husband and I no matter where he sat. Sometimes I put to much of the hand sanitizer on as I was to serve communion. I turned and looked at him and we both started to laugh. That was a big mistake on my part as I had to go up on the altar. I will miss him so very much and his wonderful smile. God Bless You George
