I was blessed when we moved into Subaru's new headquarters in Camden and Dan became my work neighbor. Otherwise, I never would have gotten to know what a truly good & loving soul he possessed. His positivity & faith were infectious & his smile was always genuine. I will miss our talks, our texts, his hugs & hearing him call me "Miss Tracey" with that southern drawl I loved and miss so much. I am thankful that he considered me among his friends.

I worked with Dan at Subaru. I remember being new to the Claims department and Dan being so approachable with any questions/concerns that I had. Not to mention, his desk had some really great décor that only a "southern boy" as he called himself would have. Dan had a way of lighting up the department with his funny personality and the things he said/how he said them. I remember bringing my son in last fall. He was 18 and about to leave for Basic Training with the Air Force. Dan gave him great advice and I remember him shaking my son's had and thanking him for his upcoming service to our country. It made my son feel very special. Dan will be missed.
To the family, I am sending my condolences. I also lost my husband in April 2020. It was unexpected and he was young at age 57. Our family was devastated. So, I can certainly understand the sadness and emptiness that losing someone you love can cause. I find the days are easier if I choose not to remember his last minutes and focus on the life we had together. So many good times, so much laughter and so much love. I wish your family all the best.

Michael and I loved Dan with all our heart and soul. We are truly blessed to have Dan as part of our family. He was a terrific brother-in-law who thought the world of Toni. He was a compassionate, kind and gentle soul. He will be truly missed.
