We first met Chalie when his wife and I worked on the Atlantic City Expressway. He had a gruff and stern voice, deep inside he was a very kind and fair man. My wife and I visited him right after Marie passed away, and he walked around his house in his underwear, that was Charlie... RIP Charlie, Give Marie a Hug & Kiss!
