Obituary of Roy T. Bowne

Roy T. Bowne, Jr. "Living A Dream" On the open road there was wind in his hair and the dashed white lines of the road stretching into infinity. What Roy once enjoyed, we can never lose. All that he loved deeply, became a part of us. He showed us in his brief time here, not to be afraid, to take chances and to immerse ourselves in life. Our lives change with every breath we take. On the morning of Thursday, June 7, 2012, our lives had changed, Roy T. Bowne Jr. was taken from us suddenly at the age of 40. His life was not measured by the breaths he took, but by the moments that he took our breath away. Roy was born in Camden and has been a resident of Berlin Twp. He loved to ride his motorcycle. On weekends he spent his time having cookouts (as long as no one brought onions) watching his Philly sports teams play. Roy was as an Artistic Welder and could make anything he envisioned. Roy, your heart has brought great joy to many. Our hearts will never forget you. He is the husband of Carol M. (nee: Ehly), his Mother Patricia DeSpirito of Blenheim, NJ, his Father Roy T. Sr. (Mary Lou) of FL, two sisters Jodi Logan and Dana Bowne both of Blenheim, NJ and a brother Ryan of FL. Fill not your hearts with pain and sorrow, but remember me in every tomorrow. Relatives and friends are invited to join the Bowne Family to remember the joy, the laughter and the smiles on Wednesday morning between 10:30 and 12:0opm at Knight Funeral Home where a funeral service will be held at 12:00pm. Inurnment will be held at the convenience of the Family.
