Wayne Carr (75) of Woodlynne, passed away peacefully on April 14th, 2022, surrounded by his family. Loving husband of 45 years to Andrea nee DiDonato, father of Erica (Michael) and Ashley (Anthony). Proud Pop-pop to his beloved grandchildren, Emilia, Lucy, and Lorenzo. Predeceased by his mother, Delores, survived by his father, Charles, and cousins. Wayne was an avid lover of motorcycles, hot sauces, and enjoyed watching science fiction and the Three Stooges. He bravely served two tours in Vietnam during the war. Wayne worked as an engineer at L-3 Communications (formerly ITE/SPD) for 40 years until his retirement in 2008. He will be greatly missed by all who loved him. Mass of Christian burial will be held 11am at St. Joachim Parish/Annunciation Church, 601 West Browning Road, Bellmawr, NJ 08031, where family and friends may call at 10am. Entombment St. Joseph's Cemetery, Blackwood, NJ. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Disabled American Veterans (DAV) in Wayne's memory.
