Ottie was to Berlin as Benjamin Franklin was to Philadelphia. He saw the need to bring people together for the good of the community. He is a role model for all future generations. Mrs. Shell -
I was saddened to hear of the passing of your Dad. Although I never met him, Alan talked about him and your Mom whenever we were together. I was also so amazed at how "young" he was and would tease Alan that his gradfather was in better shape than he was. I hope you are able to find comfort in many happy memories.
