Obituary of Cheryl A. McGowan age 58, passed away on March 4th, 2020 surrounded by her loving family and friends. She was a life long resident of Berlin, NJ. Cheryl was the youngest of three siblings, born in Philadelphia Pa. on June 26th, 1961. Cheryl was raised by her loving parents Joan and Howard Fritchman. She graduated from Eastern Regional High School in 1979, where she went straight to work for Cigna for over 40 years. Cheryl was married to her loving spouse Dennis for over 35 years. They were married on February 8, 1986. Cheryl loved to watch her Phillies play, also win the 1980 and 2008 World Series. Cheryl loved to listen and also go see the Backstreet Boys with her daughters. She also loved spending all of her free time with her loving grandsons which brought so much joy and light into her life. Cheryl was survived by her loving spouse Dennis McGowan, two beautiful daughters Kaitlyn (Michael), Tiffany, two handsome grandson's Michael, Julian and also her two siblings Jim, Donald Fritchman and last but not least her dog Zero her hero. Cheryl's Visitation will be held Friday 13th, 2020 starting at 10am, Memorial Service will start 11am at Knight Funeral Home, 14 Rich Ave, Berlin, NJ 08009. Burial will follow at Berlin Cemetery.
