I had the fine pleasure of meeting Fran when she married my husband's cousin Tom Rocks. I always liked and admired her. We had many good times together. Francie and I grew up together. My earliest memory is the two of us all dressed up for Easter standing in front of our grandmoms house on Allegheny Ave in Philly.
We lived just two blocks from each other, spent many days playing and had numerous sleep overs. Many times our cousin Earl was with us. He was the youngest, I the middle and Francie the oldest. Earl passed away when he was 12, a great loss to the whole family. Francie and I remained close throughout our teens.
So many years have past but I still remember the fun times we had, as if it were yesterday.
My condolences to Frans' family and to Frank, who was an important part of her life.
Rest in Peace.

To the family of Franny Rocks,
Franny was a very loving, caring and beautiful woman inside and outside. I grew up knowing her as my cousin, even though we were not blood related. My Mother Helen Agnes(Stewart)Wiltsey was best friends with Franny's Mom Olive, and aunts Frances and Betty. All of them were like sisters to my Mom Helen Agnes Wiltsey. They all called my Mom Aggie. I always felt like I had a whole big extended family. I have beautiful memories of her and lots of pictures to go with those memories. I am so sorry that I was not able to be there, but I just found out about it today 6/25/14. I know she is happy up in Heaven with our Awesome Lord Jesus and most of her family. I will get to see her again when I reach the gates of Heaven and will rejoice with her and the rest of her family, until then Franny enjoy your eternal life with Jesus and save some room for me, when I get there. All my Love and Condolences to the Meyer and Rocks families,

A private, self-contained person, she was gentle, sensitive and sympathetic. With these caring qualities, she was the ideal person to be working as a pre-school teacher; at the Pre-K School in Hammonton; where she was a much loved by the children. Art, music and dance were always close to her heart, and she was a talented graphic artist. In recent months she made a big impression on the nurses and doctors who treated her, amazing them, and us, with her strength and courage, and her cheery, positive outlook. She had nothing but praise for them and was always so grateful for their efforts. Fran’s East Elmtowne Association neighbors were very supportive by the many get-well cards and visits she received. Fran leaves behind the wonderful legacy of love, and we owe it to her to carry on supporting and looking after one another as family, friends and neighbors, showing the same love that she did, so that our memories of her will not fade, but rather grow fonder as time goes by.

My condolences to Francy's Family. Francy was the name I always knew her by. My cousin Francy. There is some family history to her first name as she was named after my mother who in turn was named after her Aunt Frances. I have many fond memories of Francy growing up. Francy and her brother Joe were much older than I so I was always looking up to them as a child. As we all grew older I got to know them better. We shared some great times as they would bring their families to visit my parents house for summer holiday cookouts. Although we didn't see each other much over the last few years I always considered her one of my dearest relatives. I will miss her.
