Stephenson, William R. Jr.
Suddenly on March 7, 2011 age 68 years old of Erial, NJ.
Survived by his devoted wife Dorothy (nee: Mitchell) his loving son Mark and his wife Michelle Leason of Erial, NJ, two brothers Gene of Reno, Nevada and David Joseph of Ewa Beach, Hawaii. William is also survived by his cherished grandchildren Mark Jr. and Shannon.
William retired as a Philadelphia Detective in 1989. He also served in the US Navy During the Vietnam War and retired in 1992 as a Naval Chief Petty Officer. He is a member of the Stetser-Lamartine American Legion Post 281 in Gloucester Twp and the VFW Post 1616.
Funeral services will be held Monday, March 14, 2011 11:00am at Knight Funeral Home, 14 Rich Ave, Berlin, NJ where family and friends may call 9:30am.
Entombment with Military Honors at Harleigh Cemetery, Camden, NJ.
