Robert D. Tait
Of Berlin and Brant Beach, NJ passed away August 8th after a 2 year heroic battle with cancer.
Bob, son of the late Frank and Bebe Tait, is survived by his wife Judy, daughters Kimberly and Kelly, brother Richard and family.
Bob was a long time financial planner with Janney Montgomery Scott LLC. An avid fisherman, he was a lifelong member of the Beach Haven Marlin and Tuna Club. Bob was also known for his vested interest in gardening, photography, and Philadelphia sports. He will be deeply missed by his family and many friends.
Services will take place Monday August 16th at Knight Funeral Home, 14 Rich Ave. Berlin, NJ 08009. Family will receive friends at 10 AM with a service following at 11 AM.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to help purchase an artificial reef to be named in Bob's memory through the NJ Dept. of Fish & Wildlife's Artificial Reef Program, a cause held close to his heart.
