Patricia (nee Dooley), 76 of Marlton, passed peacefully in her sleep on Aug 29th.
Patricia a retired nurse, was born in Richmond, Virginia, to Walter and Anne. Patsey, as she was fondly named, moved to Bridgeton, NJ with her family when she was a young child. She attended Bridgeton High School and went on to Cooper Hospital where she became a Registered Nurse and started her career at Cooper Hospital. Pat continued her nursing career with the Gloucester City Board of Education as school nurse for over 25 years. At the High School, she had a Nurse's Aide program, where students could assist and learn with her during the school day. Through her many years as a school nurse, she was loved by many students, especially her student aides.
She is survived by her children Dina Girgenti-Iida (Tatsuya), Steven Girgenti and loving Grandmother of Carly Girgenti.
A Memorial Service will be held at Knight Funeral Home 14 Rich Ave, Berlin, NJ 08009 on Sept 21st at 10am.
In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Alzheimer's Association.
