June Whiting Braddock, 86, of Franklinville, formerly a long-time resident of Pine Hill, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, January 19th. She was a kind and gentle woman who was devoted to her family and friends. Predeceased by her husband, Raymond C. Braddock, she is survived by her son, Lee A. Braddock (wife Kathy) of Franklinville, grandson, Lee A. Braddock II (wife Katie) of Pennsville, granddaughter Melissa J. Bowman (husband Bill) of Williamstown, and great-grandson Tyler Bowman. June retired from the Camden County Vocational School after 19 years as an accounts payable clerk. She enjoyed reading, sewing, knitting and crocheting as well as other crafts, including creating fanciful objects made from eggshells. An avid genealogist long before ancestry.com came along, family vacations often included trips to cemeteries and historical societies as she traced the Braddock family history back to English roots. Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, January 23, 2012 10:30am at Knight Funeral Home where Family and Friends may call at 9:30am. Interment Berlin Cemetery.
