Obituary of Joanne E. Bowers

Bowers, Joanne E. (nee: Kelly) Age 81 of Port Charlotte, FL. Formerly of Mt. Laurel, NJ.​

We sadly share the news that our Mother, Joanne has passed away on November 18th, 2017 as a result of complications from surgery.

She spent her adult years traveling the world. She spoke often of her trips to Europe, Hawaii and those she shared with her granddaughter, Felicia. Upon retirement, she moved to Florida and loved every minute of the Sunshine State. Her greatest joy in life was watching all of her grandchildren grow and thrive. They will miss having her attend all of their important life events.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, a devoted daughter and son-in-law, Lynne and Todd Ritter, a sister, Beth Moyer (Mel), four grandchildren, Felicia, Reilly, Jesse and Lucas, and many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Elizabeth Kelly, brothers Bruce and Doug Kelly, her son Jeffrey Bowers and grandson Jacob, and her beloved Collie canine companions.

Cremation was held privately. Services will be held graveside at Lakeview Memorial Park, Route 130 Cinnaminson, NJ on Tuesday, December 12 at 10:30 am.
