Arlene Roginski

Obituary of Arlene C. Roginski

Please share a memory of Arlene to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

Arlene Roginski, age 72 years, passed peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, April 30th.

Arlene leaves behind her boyfriend Clarence Major, sister Barbara King, four children and spouses James and Rose Scaccia, Dawn Becker, Paul and Michelle Maggi,  and Renee Archetti. She also leaves behind eleven beloved grandchildren.

She enjoyed crafting, working in her garden, reading and writing poetry.

I see the brilliant colors, the crimson and the gold.  In all the glorious splendor, their beauty they unfold.  Like deaths cold wave upon them, they soon will fade away and only the emptiness is left, where loveliness once lay.  Yet once the trees were beautiful and autumn made them so, yet over night as I lay asleep, autumn left and winter snow floated downward ever downward, pure cold and white she lay.  Every trace of autumn ever gone and death has had its way.  Staunch in beauty then quickly gone, the most perfect way to die.  If autumn can go out like this, the why noy you or I.  Why must we suffer here on earth and die in pain and fear, in beauty why not slip away as autumn does each year.

All services will be held at the convenience of the family.  Contributions to offset the cost of the funeral can be made to Knight Funeral Home, c/o Arlene Roginski, 14 Rich Ave, Berlin, NJ 08009.
