Obituary of Marie H. Tobin

Marie Tobin passed away peacefully on October 25, 2015. Born to Marie & Harry Saunders on March 25, 1926. Predeceased by her loving husband Ernest Tobin. Marie was one of nine children and is survived by her brother Raymond (Betty) Saunders. She is the beloved mother of 3 daughters, Marie (John), Rita, and Susan (Gus Sr.). Also survived by 11 grand children James Jr, Dennis, William, Steven(Gina), Dennis Jr (Michelle), Lisa(Frank Sr.), David Sr.(Robin), Susan, Gus Jr., Christina, Rita and 26 great grandchildren Marissa, James III, Angus, Amanda, Steven Jr., Samantha, Dennis III, Jonathan, Anthony, Brittany, Anthony, Taylor, Frank Jr., Francesca, Andrew, David Jr., Aaron, Brianna, James, Gus III, Kevin, Robert, Kaitlyn, Rianna, Jessica, Cyndi, and 3 great-great grandchildren Adrianna, Elijah & Abigail. She will also be loved and missed greatly by not only her immediate family, but her nieces, nephews and friends who she loved deeply. Marie worked at Mrs. Pauls in Braddocks, NJ for over 20 years. She was a former member of the Faithful Followers of Gloucester Township and Keenagers of Williamstown. She also enjoyed watching the Philadelphia Phillies and game shows, bingo, circle a word, taking care of her parrots & cockatiels, and her cat Tiny. Marie loved nothing more than the summer time for family vacations, scooting down the Wildwood boardwalk on her scooter. Marie will always be remembered by her family and friends for the love, affection, joy and laughter that she provided for whomever she shared her day with. A viewing will be held Thursday, October 29, 7pm to 9pm at the Knight Funeral Home and Friday morning October 30, 9:30am to 10:30am, where services will begin 10:30am. Interment Berlin Cemetery.
