Obituary of Robert C. Elfreth

Elfreth; Robert C. Went home to be with the Lord on November 30, 2014, age 52, of Haddon Heights, NJ. Son of the late Charles E.. Survived by his devoted mother, Joan (nee Henry), his loving sister, Jayne, of Haddon Heights, his long-time companion," Elle", and many relatives and friends. A warm, loving, gregarious man with an infectious smile, Robert won many gold medals along with silver and bronze in different sports with Special Olympics New Jersey teams ~ competing for well over forty years. His infectious smile served him well in his job as a greeter at the Olive Garden in Deptford, New Jersey. Robert left you with such a great feeling every time you saw him. We'd like to thank his caregivers Carmen, Erica, and Belinda for his special care over the past year. "In a gentle way, you can shake the world" ~ Gandhi. Robert definitely shook the world ~ making it a far better place for all who knew him. Funeral services will be held Friday, December 5th, 10:30 am at the Knight Funeral Home where family and friends may call 9:30 am. Interment Berlin Cemetery.
